Our Registration for the 2026/2027 season is now open. Player’s new to WFA or seeking to transfer from another club should follow the process outlined below to create an account on the TeamO registration system.

Registration is not complete until the deposit payment ($125 for PeeWee and $250 for all other Programs) is received via online transfer to HSBC Act # 010-260628-011. Payment Note: PlayerName_WFA26
After you have completed the registration process via the link, your registration will be held in a waiting room until a club admin approves. Please download & install the TeamO Ap from the AP store for your mobile device.
Please send an email to Message Richard Todd to alert the club registrar you are awaiting acceptance of the registration if not received within 24 hrs. Please include the player’s name and the age group you are registering for.
All new player registrations are reviewed and will receive an indication of acceptance & placement or waitlisted status in the age group player pool for the 2026/2027 program.
Acceptances are based on available roster places in the age group, with consideration given to the player’s profile & football experience.
